I have just been on to my bank about unlawful money being taken from my account. I purchased business cards from Vista Print. I did not click on any offers. I have a pop up blocker on my pc so they cannot say I clicked on one of those. In my view, this is fraud and they should be stopped from stealing from people who purchase stuff from them in good faith. My bank are looking into this and hopefully no more money will be taken from me. I hope this message will encourage others to go to their bank for help in this matter.

VistaPrint sucks.

I tried to use their Free Website and inputted my CC number.
Now I called 5 times to cancel it but they put me on holds for hours and finally told me that they can not cancel it. I have to wait their tech support call back.

Really Annoyed

Vista is *such* a scam; I'm spend half my time laughing and half my time being sad that such a company still exists. I mean, come on, they "give away" free business cards for years, and post millions in profits. You'd have to believe 1+1 equals 60 to not see through this.

I've been very happy with other online printers through; I've tried most of them, although I'm currently totally in love with www.printplace.com... their site rocks like no other I've seen, prices kill, and quality and service were top notch. Not that I don't still shop around... but these guys usually end up with my client's business.

I'd just like to know what percentage of people have received their orders from vistaprint? I haven't received anything despite the delivery time having passed now. No joy on using their email address and no phone number to be found. Has anyone else experienced actually not having even received their order (even a bad quality one)?? What does one do when they seem completely unreachable???

It’s all about www.OvernightPrints.com
They have the best card stock and turnaround time, and the website is so clean and easy to use. As a designer and reseller, I’ll use no one else.

If you think vista print is a good company
you should try using a company called www.printsmadeeasy.com everything about this
company is superior to vista. If you want to
try them out use a coupon code called free100
when you check out and they will print 100 free
business cards.

***WARNING!!****
VistaPrint rewards is such a scam. Even after you have canceled you account they will still charge you any way. Then when you call to complain they tell you it takes 2-3 months. This is ridiculous. They are hoping that people won't notice and they have zero integrity as a business. So if you use this company make sure that you, not only cancel via email call and cancel.

I completely agree Rebecca.

I don't give out my "free cards" because they're embarassing. I wish I'd gone for a local print shop instead.

ARGGGGGGHHHHHHH - no such things as a free lunch. VISTA-PRINT SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY OFFER SUCKS! Of course you don't get 250 business cards for free. Once you finalise it all and get to the checkout (after insisting that you don't also want a calendar, a T shirt, a mug, a letterhead etc.etc) it still wants to charge to £4 for each photo you uploaded and upto £15 for delivery if you want them within 15 days or so. !!!! What a waste of my flipping time.
